What about precautions? My partner and I are both working from home (yay for a home office and home studio), social distancing, and generally being rather sensible (Update: and complying with governement rules). I already washed my hands regularly as part of my day job, and now do so even more frequntly, as well as before making or packing anything you order. Anything I need to order in to complete custom orders will sit quietly in a 3 day quarantine before I handle and open it - I'll let you know if that impacts on your custom order when you place it, and you can decide if you want to cancel, or just have a little delayed gratification. Is the post ok?Recieving post is still safe. Current evidence is that the virus stays active on cardboard for up to 24 hours and on hard surfaces like plastic and stainless steel for up to 72 hours. So once your post arrives - pop it on a shelf, wash your hands, and wait. Think of it like Christmas for yourself! That present, waiting for you! I'm able to wander down a quiet countryside road, and drop stamped or postage pre-paid deliveries into a postbox or parcel box. Minimal contact! Want more Royal Mail advice?: https://www.royalmail.com/coronavirus All this may change! If myself or my partner show any symptoms, or find we have been in contact with anyone with symtoms, I will of course stop! I'll also inform anyone with an order I'm unable to fulfil, and offer a refund, or discounted delayed gratification. I'll also inform anyone who I have sent an order to in the relevant period. It may be that the Post Office has to close, Royal Mail stops, we get told to completely lock down... Of course, I'll let you lovelies know as soon as I know. Be kind to yourself and othersI'm not going to do any blatant exploiting of the situation to encourage you to shop online, to encourage you to send things directly from me to your friends and family - You know what, you have enough going on right now without sales pitches - But if you do want to get something or send something, please do be reassured that I'm still going, I'm being careful, and I'm keeping an eye on things.

I put my orders to UK-only this week because my post offices (there are 3 I can get to, thankfully) can get absolutely rammed, usually with elderly people. I've got a cold so thought I'd better stay in for 7 days *just in case* (I would be mortified if I infected anyone), so my orders are now on a 3 week wait time and I won't touch anything until 7 days are up anyway.
