Much love if you spot the inspiration for this blog's title. I have shared a rant on my social medias. But the dark red eyeliner is on point. Also, do enjoy my facial expressions again, I am no poker player. I dislike a pity post. This isn’t a pity post. This is a frustration post. Go on, relish my hand waving - or read on here for a slightly different version. I need to be honest with you, the six of you who will see this anyway. My customers are out there, hi, hello babes, and I still very occasionally get information about my products in front of you, which you sometimes then want in your hands. But my physical reach of places I can send to is now limited. I don't sell to most European countries because of changes in packaging, recycling, and product testing, which I don't have high enough sales to merit the time and money arranging sign up for. America clammed up when tariffs inflated prices.
My online reach is limited, as socials funnel more paid content, more oddly adjacent but not even pages you follow content, more rage bait. I haven’t even mentioned how etsy has changed. Or how physical markets have changed with people so cautious about spending. How much time should I put into strategy and research and optimisation, when I just want to bloody make stuff and solve your problems? At what point does it all outweigh the reason for my doing this? I'm not planning big changes soon, it was only last year I decided I was going to carry on going, but... it's in the back of my brain, what do I change?

One of my favourite and most used gifs/memes! Yeah though, I feel like I have followed so many advice on how to grow my social media and how to get seen and I started a newsletter but ugh, I don’t want to work as a social media manager?! How did people do small businesses before this?!
